Each new hire progresses through the program using the LMS to guide them and track their progress. They have goals to hit during the process and experience different types of learning including videos, quizzes, live calls, coaching, exercises and role plays.
At the end of week 1 they are prospecting. By week 2, they’re certified to run first meetings.
Sellers will go deeper into problems, personas and products. They will be experts in discovery and differentiation. And they'll learn your sales process, demo and POV process and pricing.
The result is that your new sellers will be ramped and productive at the end of the four week program and you will be able to track their progress using leading and lagging metrics.
