Step 1

Step 2

Train & Certify

Each new hire progresses through the program using the LMS to guide them and track their progress. They have goals to achieve during the process and experience different types of learning including videos, quizzes, live calls, coaching, exercises and role-plays.

At the end of week 1, they are prospecting. By week 2, they’re certified to run first meetings.

Step 3

Coach & Reinforce

Sellers will go deeper into problems, personas and products. They will be experts in discovery and differentiation. And they'll learn your sales process, demo, and POV process and pricing.
